Personalized products, such as those with custom text, images, or designs, are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Non-Personalized Items:

If you have purchased a non-personalized item that is not a custom product, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Manufacturing Defects or Errors:

If you receive a personalized product with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect text, image, or design), please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Damaged Items:

If your personalized product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping:

For returns due to manufacturing defects or errors, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days. 

Exceptions:

Personalized Products:

Personalized products are generally non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are created specifically for your order and cannot be resold.

Custom Products:

Custom products, such as those with unique designs or materials, are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

Sale Items:

All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items.
